Delivery
A CAREALL Card comes in two parts: the shop's page, which is online at once, and the printed card.
The page
The page goes live the moment the payment is confirmed. The Partner gets its link and QR code on the screen straight away, to send to the shop owner. On a direct sale the link is shown on the payment page straight away.
The printed card
CAREALL prints the card, writes its chip and checks it, then hands it to the shop or to its Partner, within seven working days of the payment. A Partner gives it to the shop, and can follow each step in My cards: printing, then delivered. A shop that bought directly can ask CAREALL (see Contact) with its order number.
Printing the card and handing it over are part of the price; there is no separate delivery charge. Cards are made and handed over in Tamil Nadu.
A card that does not work
If a card does not open its page when it arrives, tell CAREALL (see Contact), or your Partner if you have one, within seven days and CAREALL replaces it free.
