A CAREALL Card: a printed card with a chip and a QR code, and the shop's own page on careallcards.com that the card opens, for a term of 12 months; and renewals of that term.

CAREALL sells to its Partners and to shops directly. A Partner builds the page with the shop, pays CAREALL, and charges the shop whatever the two of them agree. What a shop pays its Partner is between the shop and the Partner.

When a shop buys directly, CAREALL builds the page with the shop (or the shop makes it itself, where that is offered) and the shop owner pays CAREALL.

Every price, to a Partner or to a shop buying directly, is shown before GST. GST is added at the rate in force (18% today), and the full amount is shown before you pay. Every payment gets a tax invoice.

Payments are taken by Cashfree Payments on its own secure page. CAREALL never sees card, UPI or bank details.

The page goes live the moment the payment is confirmed, and a card code is given to it. The card is then printed and handed to the Partner, or to the shop on a direct sale (see Delivery). If a payment does not match its order, it is held for a person to check and the page does not go live until it is sorted.

Before paying, the Partner (or CAREALL, on a direct sale) confirms that the shop owner has seen the page and agreed to everything on it. Everything on a page must be true, lawful, and the shop's own to use: its name, numbers, pictures, prices and claims.

CAREALL checks changes to a live page's payment details, numbers and links before they go live. CAREALL may take down a page that breaks these terms or the law, or that is reported and found to be wrong or misleading.

A page and its card work for the term paid for. When a term ends without a renewal, the page keeps working for 15 more days; after that the page and the card stop opening until the term is renewed.

A lost or broken card can be replaced through the Partner, or through CAREALL on a direct sale; the old card then stops opening the page.

CAREALL takes reasonable care to keep every page and card working, but cannot promise that a page will never be unavailable. CAREALL is not responsible for loss of business or other indirect loss. CAREALL's total responsibility for any one card is no more than what was paid to CAREALL for that card's present term.

These terms are governed by the law of India. Any dispute goes to the courts of the place where CAREALL's registered office is.

CAREALL may change these terms. The terms on this page when you pay are the ones that apply to that payment.
